Tier One: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Completing social actions and Gleam entry is sufficient for eligibility.

Tier Two (Grand Prize): A signed IOHI contract and completed project are required to qualify. While no purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway overall, Tier Two eligibility is contingent upon contracting and completing a qualifying home improvement project with IOHI.

Sponsor

Inside Out Home Improvements (“IOHI”) is the official Sponsor of the IOHI Giveaway.

Eligibility

The IOHI Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents within the official IOHI service area who are at least eighteen (18) years old.

Employees, contractors, interns, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members of IOHI or its affiliates are not eligible.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Tier One & Tier Two Required Actions (Manual Entry Required)

To qualify for Tier One, entrants must:

• Like IOHI’s Facebook page OR follow IOHI’s Instagram
• Manually enter themselves into the giveaway through the Gleam platform
• Complete all verification steps required by the third‑party platform

To qualify for Tier Two, entrants must:

• Complete all Tier One actions
• Manually enter themselves into the giveaway
• Sign a new qualifying IOHI contract during the giveaway period
• Complete the project in full before December 28, 2026
• Pass all verification requirements

IOHI will not enter contestants on their behalf. Entrants must enter on their own accord.

Tier Two Eligibility Stipulation (New Contracted Jobs Only)

Tier Two eligibility is strictly limited to NEW contracted jobs signed during the official giveaway run time.

• Only jobs contracted between August 17, 2026 and September 27, 2026 qualify.
• Jobs contracted before the giveaway period do not qualify.
• Jobs contracted after the giveaway period do not qualify.
• Customers who hired IOHI organically (outside the giveaway) cannot claim entitlement to Tier Two.
• Customers who fail to manually enter the sweepstakes cannot claim entitlement to Tier Two.
• Customers whose jobs were completed before or after the campaign cannot claim entitlement to Tier Two.

Entrants must manually enter themselves into the giveaway platform and complete all Tier One and Tier Two required actions. IOHI will not enter contestants on their behalf.

All entrants must complete the third‑party verification process to qualify.

This stipulation ensures fairness, prevents retroactive claims, and protects IOHI from entitlement disputes.

Homeowner & Service Area Requirements (Applies to Tier Two)

Entrants must:

• Be the legal homeowner of the property where the contracted work is performed
• Ensure the property is within IOHI’s advertised service area as listed on get-iohi.com
• Ensure the property is located within a 10‑mile radius of any listed city or town (Burton, Grand Blanc, Flint, Davison, Fenton, Swartz Creek, Holly, Linden, Goodrich, Clio, Flushing, Mount Morris)
• Ensure the project meets IOHI’s minimum scope and value requirements
• Ensure the project is residential (no commercial properties)

Agreement to Rules

By entering the Sweepstakes, the contestant (“You”) agrees to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

In addition, you agree to accept the Sponsor's decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign.

Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments, or issues related to the Sweepstakes.

Entry Period

All entries must be received by September 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM EDT.

Entries submitted after this deadline are void.

How to Enter

The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at https://get-iohi.com/giveaway and passing any verification requirements (email or fraud score) set by the Sponsor.

The entry must fulfill all requirements of the Sweepstakes, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize.

Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

You must provide the information requested.

You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Sweepstakes, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Drawing Schedule

Tier One Drawing: September 28, 2026 — 3 winners selected.

Tier Two Drawing (Grand Prize): Conducted prior to the Detroit Lions regular season home game on December 28, 2026 (Monday Night Football). 1 winner selected.

Only entrants who did not win Tier One, but who have signed a valid IOHI contract and completed their project in full before December 28, 2026, will be eligible.

If projects are not completed by this date, the prize will be delayed until the following NFL regular season home game.

Prize Claim Requirement

Winners must claim their prize within 72 hours of notification.

Failure to claim within 72 hours results in forfeiture.

No redraws will be conducted to replace voided winners.

Time is of the Essence Clause

For Tier Two entrants, IOHI acknowledges that time is of the essence. IOHI will prioritize scheduling and make every effort to complete contracted jobs in a timely manner. However, IOHI cannot be held liable for delays beyond its control, including weather, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, permitting delays, or customer‑initiated changes.

No Multiple Winners Rule

Entrants may only win once across all tiers.

Winners of Tier One are not eligible for Tier Two.

This ensures fairness and prevents duplicate prize allocation.

Prize Structure

Tier One — 3 Winners: $25 Gift Card + IOHI Shirt + IOHI Hat + IOHI Hoodie

Tier Two — 1 Winner (Grand Prize): All Tier One prizes + Two Detroit Lions tickets

Detroit Lions Tickets — Grand Prize Restrictions

• Tickets are for a Detroit Lions regular season home game only (December 28, 2026 MNF).
• Tickets delivered electronically to the verified winner.
• Tickets are non‑transferable and may not be sold, resold, gifted, bartered, or otherwise transferred.
• Seat locations, sections, and game date are determined solely at IOHI’s discretion.
• Parking, concessions, travel, lodging, and other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• IOHI is not responsible for stadium policies, entry requirements, or restrictions imposed by the Detroit Lions or Ford Field.
• Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted.
• IOHI reserves the right to cancel or modify the ticket reward if circumstances beyond its control (e.g., NFL scheduling changes, stadium restrictions, public health orders) prevent fulfillment.

Winner Selection & Notification

The Winner(s) will be selected by Random Draw under the supervision of the Sponsor.

The Winner(s) will be notified within seven (7) days of the winner selection.

The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings, or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

Receipt of the prize offered in this Campaign by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Any violation of these official rules by the Winner at the Sponsor's sole discretion will result in the Winner's disqualification as winner, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.

Rights Granted by Entrant

By entering this content (including entry information, photo, video, text, or other submitted material), You understand and agree that the Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

By entering this content, you represent and warrant that your entry does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights.

Fraud, Tampering & Disqualification

IOHI may disqualify any entrant who:

• Uses bots, scripts, macros, or automated tools
• Uses VPNs or masked IPs
• Submits multiple identities
• Attempts to bypass verification
• Attempts to qualify using a property they do not legally own
• Cancels or alters a project solely to obtain giveaway benefits
• Provides false or misleading information

Limitation of Liability

By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless Inside Out Home Improvements (IOHI) and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from:

• (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof;
• (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes;
• (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or processing of entries;
• (iv) technical errors of any kind;
• (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of internet services;
• (vi) printing errors; or
• (vii) lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries.

IOHI is not responsible for disputes related to property ownership, landlord‑tenant relationships, or third‑party authorization.

Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.

By participating in this Campaign, You agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the United States having jurisdiction.

The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, X, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or any other social networks that are used to share the Sweepstakes.

You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of the Sweepstakes and not to Facebook, X, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or any other social networks.
